Nan Fan

NAN FAN

The hand-held fan
Being held by Nan,
Was vigorously fluttering
As fast as she can,
The heat was as hot
As a frying pan,
Being over a hundred,
Just like Nan.

Great rhyme, john. I remember those old fans. They used to leave them in the back of the church pew with the hymnals.

Yes Daniel, what people had to do before air-conditioning. Thanks for your most informative comment, I remember some of the old times and things we had to do. Kind regards-----John
