Cyhydedd Fer Sonnet
-nameless song-

Watching outside an open window as the sun falls,
And an amber glow reflects off the painted walls.
Feeling lonely, I open my mouth and hum a melody,
Hoping that it will fill the void made for somebody.
This song that was made for one person, just me,
It doesn't have a name, yet I will sing it happily. 
Watching outside an open window as night will rise,
The crickets chirp and cicadas end their cries.
Feeling lonely, I open my mouth and sing a song,
Hoping that it will right this silent wrong. 
This song that was made for one person, just me,
It doesn't have a name, yet I will sing it with glee.
Soft lines gently rise, and I feel happy once again,
This nameless song will take away all the pain.

For me.
