Nameless Pond

A nameless pond is drying up.
Miss lily is showing off her green wooden leg.
Extending a green cup toward the clouds.
Green glass frogs are chanting in the shallows.
Red eared sliders turn a wooden potter's wheel.
Then plopping headlong into the green slime.
Death always square dancing toward life.
In the middle of this nameless pond.
