Nameless
The nameless
in their ranks of cubicles
faces lit by a visual display,
numbers,
reflected in spectacles
a list to be picked,
like ripe cherries;
the soft flesh consumed
the empty pit spat out,
discarded.
The nameless;
harvesting
the nameless.
