Mz Hiphop is the reason I hold my pen tight She inspires encourages and motivates me to write Ever since I was little I looked up to her Everything before that was just a blur She gave me the glasses to see talent waiting to be unlocked by me She guided me with her love for spoken word poetry the art Her words provided healing and cures for a broken heart Her voice puts broken pieces back together in an instant My life line moved away and I feared she would become distant But in reality she is just one call away Mz Hiphop is my sister and that I'm honored to say Thank you for the gift that you passed on to me Forever grateful I will always be Words don't do justice when it comes to this subject I know to this you would object You have more words than an dictionary Your passion spread out all across your stationary Your poetry is music to my ears And anyone else who has the pleasure to hear I thank you I miss you and love you too Whenever you read my poetry just know it was all because of you
