Mysteries of the Heart

Shadows, flew
across my heart
Dark too

Such dark beauty
Such mystery
Shadows too,
in the heart

Amidst the shadows
A light grew
A spark...
A rose...
That was me

Spilling out
Petals falling
Colour calling,
I heard it shout

To travel
so far...
Mysteries of the heart
Such dark beauty,
becoming light

The smokiness within
The battle of light
The battle of dark
A curious whim
A curious spark

Light and shadows,
flew across my heart
Such beautiful things
Cannot rest in the
mysteries of the heart
