Sara Kendrick March 18, 2022 at 4:17 AM We have a species of mynah birds here which will lay their eggs in another bird's nest and let that bird rear their chicks which are usually larger and will cause the other chicks to starve to death. Sad that someone would cage a wild bird as well. I enjoyed reading your contest entry. Reads like a good contender to me. Way to go. Your visit was encouraging. Mynah has many varieties - common, and the ones which live in hills. Sadly they are often caged, because people want them to mimic.
