My Yin
I miss you, do you miss me?
My soul feels empty, like I've lost my everything.
The pressure behind my eyes screaming to burst through the seams.
I miss your breath in my face, I miss your warmth.
I miss the way you look at me, and when we don't have to say a thing.
If I could replay what I did wrong, I would staple my lips shut
Bury my thoughts deep below the Earth.
It feels like I'm losing my person- my soulmate.
If I could hold you close, I'd never let you go.
There we could be forever, the yin to my yang.
