My Worst Enemy

From texts to translations
moments are no longer free
consumed by noise
and opinions
the enemy is waiting
waiting for that free moment
to penetrate the boredom
and occupy that space in my mind
I do not have control
the media owns me
I can put limits to my madness
but I know ways to circumvent them
What happened to conversations
and eye contact
The enemy has taken these privileges away
