My worries

My worries lies in the smiles I fake The laughter that is inflicted with pain The tears I hide Words I choose not to say Nights where sleep does not come easy Days I wish to skip Thoughts I dismiss Actions I can’t explain The anger that is filled within Coupled with trauma , pain Will I ever know peace? Peace ? That is foreign in my world With voices that rule that land Voices that keep me awake at night That terrorises me Have I become my own poison ? What happened to the sunny days? Calm mornings Stolen by the voices in my head My worries lies in my bleeding heart, yearning for comfort My worries
