My World

My World
This wondrous place
A bittersweet taste
For all this great place takes
Never mine but for a time in all it’s wide and open grandeur
To do, to see all that time may hand her
And I loved her
With all of me that I could, I should
This place is all our home
Not forever, Never forever
So I will love her well while I can for all she gives to me
The best of all her gifts is how she sets me free
From sea to sea
From sky to sky
There is no use in asking why
Just be
Who you are and venture far
As far as you can go
And when the light starts to leave your life
Let go of all the strife
And remember as you go

"And remember as you go" These last few words touch my heart. They hold so much truth. Life is but a breath away. There are many wonderful blessings indeed. They should be held close, cherished. Soft sigh. ~ Brandy

Thank you! It is but a breath. For us a rather deep and beautiful breath.
