My Wish

If I could have one wish, away from the pain and anguish of each day, without having to smoke my cigarettes, or praying after prayers of how I pray. My wish would be to be carried by a loving kangaroo, in her pouch from dusk till dawn, whether it be in the wild or in a zoo. I imagine... I'd have unending love, kept within the warmth of her healing glove. She'd nourture me and sometimes take me out to play. She'd be my God, my sunshine spray. And perhaps she'd hop around with me, taking me on a ride, where joy would live, and harsh thoughts would die. If I could have this single wish, I'd give this kangaroo a hug and kiss. Hello - The entry is smooth and flowing in its entirety. The title set the pace for a poetic voice and tone. The rhyme was never forced or inappropriately utilized. Thank you for sharing with us. It was a pleasure turning to your page and entry with a lovely and meaningful theme.
