My Wild Brother

I'm of God,you too are of God; We belong to the same house under one father, Who gave us a breath that makes us living. My brother,of fine social morals,of the bush; I come in peace,to clear the air; Of the rumor that claims I'm your descendant, A product of the scientific process of evolution. Your fathers came here before me, I came last for a reason, To oversee it all and care for you and your friends; You existed following the word that was spoken by the almighty, But I,was made by his own hands, in his likeliness. All you see around you are due to the action of my race, That sinned in the first place, But was pardoned through a sacrifice so painful; In which the Lord gave in his loved son, To be hang on that cross till death; And through this bloodshed, mankind was saved. My brother, you know not all this, but I tell you, That we belong to the same house, But we're not the same. At times you think like me, And they put us together under primates, I have characteristics like yours, physiologically, anatomically; And they put us in one basket that carries all animals. I know you can speak and tell me what you think. Come to reason it out; Why your body remains covered by hair, How you come to walk with all your limbs- Much as you also use the fore ones the way I use mine; Why you're strictly a herbivore and I'm omnivorous, Why you chose to remain in the wilderness. Find out why, If your ancestors truly came to be us. My brother, with a bald behind and tough face; With a loving spirit towards me You who stops by the road to say hello, And smiles when I give you a yellow. I love you for it is my obligation, But I'm not you because I know where I belong. You could build stronger bonds with your neighbors out there, The monkeys, lions, lizards, leopards, zebras; But I will not have you as my own. Live like an actual animal, I'll stay in my boundaries. My brother,it is not to discriminate you, That I say all this, But it it to appreciate the diversities in place, That we may live in harmony. We shall all return to the same dust from which we came, Not because what the say is true, But because it is fate. To the baboons, chimps, monkeys, gorillas and the apes, I bring to your notice the above, In a manner subjective to one brain That is trying to think out loud; I love you as a member of the heavenly home, But this doesn't prove that I came from you. You give birth to copies exactly like you, And I will not produce one of your kind But rather my exact offspring.
