My Unback

Flat
My unback
Taunts me
My front
Of nothing
Protruding
i'm disillusioned
Seeking
The model body
To be a hottie
But thin is phat
And fat is cash
In the right places
Botox faces
Even so
Silicone dreams
Are not for me
Nor twin salines
Instead I look down
And wish for growth
Sadly disappointed
Because I know
I won't

Sweetie, if you are thin, you are much better off. Probably my back problem all stems from me having the opposite of THIS problem. WE just can't win in this world!!! I sure enjoy seeing your new posts when you get them up. SEe ya tomorrow, Susan.

Sad but true...most of us don't quite have the bodies we would like to have. But personality and chacarter count for far more than any skin-deep beauty. Some of the most charismatic people are not really good lookers. Besides, I'm sure you look as cute as can be! Hi Susan, I'm not really at the Soup much at the moment... computer problems. I'm still writing though, and hope to be back (with a new computer!) in a week or two. xoxo Robert.

It is said beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I believe real beauty is inside. Don't dispair. You could look like me. Liked your poem.
