Notes About The Poem

These lyrics are for a song created by Laura Tu Luma's UFO project, where melodies are composed to accompany poetic verses. I wrote these words, imagining that if we boarded space saucers or UFOs, the extraterrestrial beings aboard might advise us to look after one another and foster greater compassion among humanity. Perhaps they would agree with Healthcare for all and the avoidance of war.

My UFO-Healthcare Dream From Extraterrestrials to Earthlings

H-E-A-L-T-H-C-A-R-E 
So peace of mind washes away the fear
When someone holds your hand and takes care of you.
You'll relax more and tend to be less blue.

The Martans have taught me well!
Flyin' high in a peaceful UFO.
Dreamin'.
Love for all!
Taking care of one another,
Even the Extraterrestrials!

Without a plan, we face a sad decree.
Where negativity haunts our minds like destiny.
No joyous sight when bills begin to stack.
Confidential debt is just a heavy sack.

The Martians have taught me well!
Flyin' high in a peaceful UFO.
Dreamin'.
Love for all!

Takin' care of one another,
Even the Extraterrestrials!

Let's go on the UFO where people thrive.
With spatial schools that teach docs to keep us alive.
It will be good to know that Grandma gets Healthcare.
And needy kids will get treatment there!

So, let's fly high and care for one another.
Healthy food, and cures for sisters and brothers!
