My Two

I know I shouldn't worry
because they'll fight to the end
They won't go willingly
without proving their parents wrong
Showing that I'm different
I'm not what they think I am
I'll fight right beside them
Until it comes to a close
The two people that give my life meaning
I will not willingly let go
I'll make a point and prove to them
I'm different, I'm not what they think
And their children I will not hurt
You see, I hold them close
And dear to my heart
They are what I live for
They're my everything
And to their parents, this I will prove
