My Treasure, My Friend
I met with treasure yesterday
Today it shone like gold
Treasure’s always by my side
It’s sometimes new and sometimes old.
I can tell my treasure anything
Tried and tested by the best
Trusting and always loyal
Sometimes when I need a rest.
I love my treasure dearly
Totally dependable and true
Taking time and always there for me
My treasure in life is you.
I want to introduce you now
Tell the World the good you do
Treating me like number one
My treasure is a friend like you.
