My Time

With every whisper
With every stare
I feel my skin crawling
It isn't fair
All I've ever wanted
Was to just fit in
Be one of the cool ones 
For just one day
Instead of losing
For once just win
You make it so hard to live life day to day
But not in this moment
You won't get in my way
This is my time to rise up
To shine in the light
For once upon a time
All in my world is right
So take a seat and shut your mouth
Watch as the bullied learn to speak out.
