My Time
Oh time where have you gone
It seems as if it were but yesterday
My dreams have past me by
Yet my heart still yearns for her
She was my true love
Yet I ran from her in fear
I didn't know how to love her
Now she belongs to someone else
Perhaps in another life?
You don't have to be with someone to love them
Her joy is my joy
Forever will she be in my heart
The moon will always be witness to what we once had
I will lover her
Until we meet again
I wont let go, next time
