My Thanksgiving Confession
My God, I praise You with sincere gratitude
Which You truly desire reflecting Your generous attitude.
Make me constantly thankful for Your blessings
While I exalt You in my strengthened faith’s pressings.
With a grateful heart, I appreciate Your grants and provisions
Trusting You for Your supplies midst discontentment’s rants.
I lift Your name, worshiping You with my thanksgiving*-reverence
That You absolutely seek upon Your wisdom’s preference.
Keep me joyous in thanking Your caring and controlling authority
As You uphold me in my earnest service-integrity.
*Psalm 116:17 I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the LORD.
