My Sweet Georgia

I sit upon the hilltop, in a spot thats shaded by an appletree. With a pen in my hand, thoughts in my head, and in my lap, my book of poetry. I watch the sunset as i navigate through my imaginations, sitting on the green green grass that reminds me of home. For this i seek solitude, to elude all distractions that divert me from my only peace. I dwell in this sanctuary, which is only found within the deepest relaxation of my soul. But only in this moment will i feel tranquility, soon all peace and joy will collapse. For my loneliness is constantly wakened by the pain of existing without her. She's the foundation of my agony, she walks with no idea of what missing her does to me. A few thousand memories are all now that i carry, my life is no longer filled with joy as i am missing her beautiful face. Our heaven was of nothing poetry could define. It could've only been decribed with instruments and slow melodies, memories and old photographs. Nothing can take this feeling away from me. For still i am in my moment of peace. Waiting for the miracle of being loved by only her....MY SWEET GEORGIA.
