My Sweet Divine
Before I go
My sweet divine
And embark the forbidden hands of time
I shall ask of you one thing
As I stand before you
I see you crumble
Sweet liquid luck
Runs down your face
But to you it doesn't seem so lucky
You beg me to stay
And scream my name
And whisper sweet nothings
Why, oh why
Do you set my heart on fire
With words instead of flames
Promise me you'll remember
The day we first met
Your hair in a bun
And your smile so sweet
Like the earth of the Summer beneath
