My Spiritual Journey- There Is Something Beyond
There is something beyond everything we can see!
This I realised when I embarked on a spiritual journey
Apprehensive, I followed my friend inside
She asked me to sit down
One lady came sat behind me
Asked me to close my eyes and be still
Minutes later blissful vibrations engulfed me
I was filled with immense happiness
Of greater magnitude than anything worldly can ever be
My kundalini had been awakened!
My neighbour took me with her to attend a spiritual lecture
Back home as I was cooking I saw the preachers face in air
She blessed me
Suddenly I was detached from my body
I felt my body was dead, like lifeless wood
Inside my body I saw amazing things
One nude man sitting cross-legged meditating
On goddess sitting in lotus flowers blessings with hands
Many men busy working
There is something beyond everything we can see!
One day by the blessings of another spiritual preacher
I saw God everywhere
every leaf every speck of dust all around he was there
All these fleeting moments came and went
I was convinced there something beyond everything,
lot more to see and experience
What scriptures state is true!
Now married with kid I have realised
Salvation is dependent on God's grace
without his wish salvation is not possible
I have surrendered unto him
With faith I wait for the day I will see my soul
Go to the world of souls, my true abode
and enjoy a blissful life.
