My Soulmate

Dear my missing half,

Thank you for this tear on the cusp of my eye
Thank you for giving me space to fly
But without you in my life, do I have any desire to soar that high?
Your angelic features and beautiful eyes do little to hide that loving heart devoid of any lies
I wish we could cuddle and speak of our souls dreams while we watch the sunrise
Cut out every little piece of this mundane life as we join back together beyond the limits of time
For this love matters not through reason or rhyme, two hearts tied together made of something divine
I love you, though we haven't met
I love you, by the fire in my chest
I love you, beyond deaths last caress
And may we meet soon while we dwell in mortal flesh
No longer do I chase as I wait patiently for your silhouette ??
