My Song
Colors in the sky,
Portrate of an angel
The sky takes the shape of imigination
Water only half frozen
Clusters of snow blanket the land
Even with the cold chilling wind
At this moment my feet don't miss the sand
Everything is beautiful
If you truely see it with your heart
All these broken branches
Have been rehealing from the start
Silence in the wind,
Natures sleeping haze
I feel hurt for all who hurt
The pain is just tucked away
Row along the icy water
Push away those broken dreams
The land holds my hand,
The earth my soul
And washes away forgotten seas
I sit on the shore peacefully,
In my mind I skip my rocks
The sun shines down and warms my bones
I sleep in the imigination,
Of the free birds in the sky
Knowing at this moment I am never really alone.
