My Reflection
The reflection of this woman I see, needs her close friends and family.
She cries out loud every night till sleep, wishing her life would change.
With tear filled eyes, she bowed her head asking for forgiveness again.
Daily she wonders if her heart will heal from all heartache, and pain.
Again no answers, home she goes, to self medicate.
Mirror mirror on the wall, please listen to what I'm saying.
I chose this life it's all my fault, I'm the one to blame.
In my heart I feel soon, my wounds will get better.
Till then in my dreams, I'll fly far away, just like a feather.
