My Prayer
Today’s thoughts and actions tomorrows’ legacy
Seeking inner peace as I try to discard my inadequacy
I walk in shadow of choice made in days gone by
May my decisions be born of integrity led by him on high
Honest desire to do good works might lead me as I live
Faith built on love guided by the spirit as I learn to give
May I seek understanding use the wisdom to impart
To those I Love and cherish may they see what's in my heart
