My Path

My life in the ruins,
With every move I make,
I'm not perfect,
But some believe i'm a mistake,

I'm just me,
Thats all I can be,
So very much not perfect,
But on the other hand,
Who wants to be,

I'm invisible,
To all who see me,
Walking in front of you,
It isn't me,

Do I belong?
How do I find a way?
Keep following my heart,
Or just use my head,

Stuck in a spot,
Don't know wich way to go,
God will lead the way,
Even if I am slow....

This is very sad and written with so much heart.. the first stanza, is really raw and full of emotion..and then a glimmer of hope peeks through. The questions are one's I have asked myself(yay for self reflection:-)) and the end is so uplifting...This is a moving, very spiritual write you have beautifully penned. A real pleasure to read your lovely writing :-) blessings, lynn
