My Parting Gifts

I have been called to leave you much sooner than I planned. My material things are limited; I have nothing for you to hold. So before I part, I give from my heart, to you the following advice. Accept you were born with a special gift, one that is unique to you. Embrace it and use it wisely; allow that gift to shine through. Forgive the past and live in the present; today is really a gift. Our time here is borrowed so leave with no regrets. Above all else believe in yourself, especially when no one else does. That will take all the courage that you have; just suck it up and march on.
