My parents love

In a world where love is rare,
A love story I tell of two,
There stood a couple, their love so pure and true.
Mom and Dad, their story began at eight,
A love that blossomed, destined by fate.

Through the years, their love only grew,
A love so strong, forever they knew.
Hand in hand, they faced life's stormy sea,
Together they weathered, forever to be.

Forty-five years of vows, they did share,
A testament to a love beyond compare.
Through thick and thin, they stood side by side,
Their love, a beacon, forever a guide.

Mom, a soul so full of grace,
Her love for my Dad, a radiant embrace.
With every breath, they cherished their bond,
A love so deep, forever beyond.

But fate had its way, and she had to part,
Leaving behind a void, and ache in our heart.
Yet her love lingers, in every memory,
A legacy of love, for eternity.

For my Mom loved my Dad with all she had,
A love that was boundless.
Her spirit lives on, in every gentle breeze,
Guiding our hearts, putting our minds at ease.

So let us remember, this love so grand,
A love that defies the test of time,
A love story that I will tell till the end of time.
