My Pain

My Pain is invisible to one's naked eyes
With no emotional sensitivity. My Pain

Physical collateral damages awakened me
Consistently from a sound sleep. My Pain

Emotionally pain is overwhelming, racing
thoughts, vulnerability, traumas, and grief often
haunt me. My Pain

Abrasive relationships and familiar faces encounter
me with no emotional sensitivity and no support.
Material losses, lessons gained I don't want no
more pain. My Pain

From great adversity, hardship, tragedy and pain...can come great love, tolerance and strength. Like Jonathan Livingstone Seagull said just before he blurred into the great After-Life: "keep working on love, Fletch...keep working on love." Grow stronger with each setback; reinforce yourself with self-belief and self-determination...and you will outgrow and leave behind those who turn their backs and trespass against you. :) john
