My Only Regret

Some where in the Good Book
I saw it written well
One's conscience can forgive one
Or condemn one into hell
I should have always stood up
For the one that needed aid
Thus I profess my guilt
And the forgiveness, for which I've prayed

Come on, your only regret? Very funny write, to me. Of course, it is a good thing one recognizes their faults but your ONLY regret. For me, this is where the humor lies. Great write, Jerry.

Yes Daniel Just one---one I wish I could do over---"mistakes"now that's another issue and I have and continue to make those. I feel if I hadn't of followed the path I traveled, both good and bad, I wouldn't be wereI am today. Like the Good Book says, "It's not the beginning, but the end of the matter that counts. Good Luck Dan

It is admirable to admit your faults and try to improve on them.
