My Noah

.

My heart once beat for
           Picasso

screamed for the violin
          the cello
          the oboe
          the sax
         the drum

            Now
my heart rests in a box
       gift wrapped
          for you

How lovely, James! We may be celebrating mothers today, but since you play both roles in Noah's life, you deserve recognition as well! God bless you for being everything to your son and having the grace to sing of your love in such a delightful verse! Love, Carolyn

No mistaking the love toward the son in this well written poem. Nice
