My New Year Prayer For All
May I see the world around me
Thru’ the eyes of the Holy Spirit
To view only the beauty of God’s earth
May I lift my hands in worship
May the the Holy Spirit
give these hands a healing touch.
May I not linger on cries of woe around me
May the Holy Spirit hear them thru' my ears
Turning them to sounds of joy
May my words to others
be kind and soothing
As the Holy Spirit speaks thru' my mouth
May I step in the right direction
Never faltering on the way
May the Holy Spirit guide my steps
Throughout each glorious day.
