My Name Is Forever

I try hard not to meet reproach
during the period of which i exist
when I repose-the work I've done
I hope well after my existence I'll live

darkness i must proceed from
for-if I don't- I may meet reproach
and after my existence I may live-but not as long

when my soul is free- and my flesh is carrion
my name will be tarry
my name will be siempre
my name will be immortal

do you think this inconceivable
well if you do I beg to differ

                                                              -G.E.N.E.R.A.L.
