My Muse and Other Muses

I break my heart in two,
To share love that should be yoked.

Literature is my first child, my job is the adopted.
If one is lost, I placed all hopes on the other.
If both keen to stay,
I will forever cherish whatever love they shower.

All I need from both is the ease of livelihood;
The joy should fill me to the brim.
Though I write with right,
I don't want to cut the left.

I wish my writings can leave my brains to my pocket so I can get the beautiful things of life,
I wish my pockets can buy me the brains that will get me going on the path I thrive.
My muse and my other muses are infused with my wishes and my silent prayers.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
