My Mother's Tears
"I shall be telling this with a sigh." Robert Frost
When I see my mother cry
sometimes I wish I knew why
My mother cries sometime at night
Sometimes she cry just from fright
My mother cries sometimes when ill
The Lord knows her strenght is her will
She might be weak from time to time
She calls on the Lord for peace of mind
My mother cries when she feels pain
The Lord is her staff, strength she gains
Sometimes she cries like a weeping child
Then there are when her cries are very mild
I her my mother pray at night
Sometimes she pray with all her might
She thank the Lord for each new day
and pray for her troubles along the way
No matter the reasons why she cries
The Lord is with her
He is always by her side
