My Mistake
My mistake for actually thinking that you cared
or had great interest at state
my mistake for allowing you to waste my time
thinking that we were on the same page
and that everything would be in line
my mistake had to leave me to think that you could be more than just the fantasy
to think that your heart could actually be pure
my mistake I've Seen It All Before
then with you no doubt
why did I think that we would get a different result
