My Memories of My Mother

I've been thinking lately of my mother so many lovely memories in my mind so much care and attention upon me that my mum's real love upon me shined She passed away when I was 28 such a loss, I felt deeply so sad but at least have memories in mind remembering them makes me glad In my growing up, so influential with all my anxious stressful fears gave me hope to cope with life helped me find my route so clear Being bullied at school real bad mum intervened to inform school head the situation then changed overnight my anguish was then laid to bed In all my ups and downs of life faithfulness sums up my mother in a word never giving up on me in all my days makes me feel on high like a bird!

Hi Gordon, your mother sounds like she was a lovely, caring, thoughtful, loyal mom. I'm sorry she died when you were only 28, she must have been young herself, you must have been so proud of her and yourself also, she gave you all the confidence to make a success of your life. i lost my father to lung cancer when he was only 66 which for nowadays is still relatively young. A lovely tribute to you mom Gordon. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

This was nice. I do not have those kind of memories about my mother, but I enjoy reading others'. I never fully understood the connection adults still had to their parents, even with adult daughters of my own. I know it is because I still see them as my girls... strangely enough, I can not imagine looking at a parent that way myself. Thank you for sharing that love :)
