My Love Is Nature

I hear a whisper upon the breeze; its true!
It sings, to me, a nature’s call of placid love,
so wondrous that it turns the moon blue.
My heart is elated and at peace like the symbol of a dove.
Your sun shines such a munificent light
That it reveals for me a glimpse of leaves and weeds at dance.
But under the trees the owls do hoot for the silent night.
At dawn I am waken by woodland creatures doing their praising prance
In turn, I am captivated and enticed by its sound.
Every moment I glimpse you is a sight beautiful alone
The beauty of your dusty trail, playful winds, and crimson browns, always bound
The windows of my soul with a reflecting tone.
I feel as if you are my lover or should I call you my mate?
Your sight, taste, touch, and sound; spark me, to create.
