Listen to poem:
My love has passed away
My love has fled his earthly body
he slipped away in the night
and of course it's him I long to talk to
to make everything seem right
We only had five months of reconnecting
but it changed our worlds outright
I know its the happiest I have been in my life
and he told me it was the same for him
He fueled me and counciled me
sexed me up and tousled me
made me feel special and he my prince
And I was his princess, his sweet
and with him I was complete
so there is a huge hole in me as I look within
I had no map forward in life that did not include him
the mere concept simply eluded
and the thought of a trail or a path confuses now because its so bleak
Because I can tell you, that man was my everything
and i can't say it any more plain
and I know I was his everything
I love you Alan Grant Edmunds Harris. I think we will be together again.
