My Love For Humanity

My fists, I will not raise
Unclenched, they will not change
For a fight you may desire
Though a fighter, I am not
Blood, I will draw none

Courage, there is no question
Possess it, I do
Though wisdom, is mine to
Another day, I wish to see
Neither in a cage, nor with a broken limb

A hero, is not my dream
Thoughts, will not shape my being
For leave, I will always
Walk or run, I care not
My life's value knows no pace

My enemy, he may believe
Hatred, he may feel
Though cold, I will not turn
For faith in him, I still own
As my love for humanity, continues to grow
