My Love Awaits

"My Love Awaits" By Michael Williams Sitting in the park reading a book, Is a beauty, I just had to look. I need to find a plan, I need to meet her I know I can. I send a puppy to go her way, He approaches wanting to play. Now I know that's my que, I know exactly what to do. I say Hello and to my surprise, She had the most beautiful eyes. I couldn't help but to stare, My love for her I wanted to share. I asked her for a date, I had to be with her, I couldn't wait. She said yes I was surprised, She had me completely mesmerized. We sat and talked on our date, I met her kids, they were great. A perfect family for our life. I had to have her for my wife. She said yes when I proposed, And that is how the story goes. 19 years later, my love for her has grown, beyond all measure, who would have known. Making her happy without any tears, And sharing my love throughout the years. I love her unconditionally that is no lie, I will love her forever even after I die.
