My Long Lost Friend
it was a surprize
when i heard from you
the call you made
to me it was quite a shock
the things you said
i couldn't believe
that life had you
in over your head
if i was there
i would have
helped you,you know
i don't blame you
for what you did
we get caught up
from life and pain
and sometimes
we do things
that we regret
and wish that
we can turn back time
that's why we
live and learn
and grow in life
so that we may know
what's right and what not to do
hopefully you will learn
from you did
you have kids
that depend on you
how can you be there for them
when you are locked up behind bars
what will they say
and do when their father
is not there by there side
it is your job to be there for them
and to show them and teach them
what's right and wrong in life

and see you through
my long lost friend
