My Little Seagull

Salt marsh on the Cape
Come with me and we'll escape
The routine and the drudgery
And live a dream out by the sea
We'll walk the shoreline, collecting shells
And bathe our feet in ocean swells
We'll face the west, across the sands
And watch the sunset holding hands

A lovely wish list, expressing the thoughts of oh so many in today’s frantic world.
