My Light

I'm crawling through pits of hell and there's nothing to see,
As I drop to the floor in a state of denial, beneath the ground I be,
In darkest black I crave true light, to draw me from my knees,
I spit sand and choke on the salt saying please love me please,
Held down by emotions and I tremble out the tears of fears,
Hooked on my depression I cannot feel the reason for my tears,
I see a light, so dim and far away but it's a path that never nears,
The path has Twists and wrong turns I follow the one which is true,
Turn me on, light me up and make me turn away from this mood blue,
I'm dieing inside makes want curl up and hide from what I have no clue,
Though I shall fight for this light because i know the light is you,
