My Life Divine

Mine soul waned slowly,
From the love which ran from
me.
Yet the day we met,
I knew our spirits would intertwine
from the gaze I caught from
thee.
And the soothingly lovesome presence,
of your truly caring essence.
Would ne'er leave mine mind,
Because I've held you closely,
you've forever grasped my
heart ... and made my life divine.
