My Life As It Is

As my tears flow
I see my past
And I know
There are things I shouldn't have

I've asked for my father 
And asked for love 
I've asked for my mother
And for God above

Although no one hears  me
And no one seems to care
All my memories
Seem to disappear

So I just smile 
And see what life gives
I'll sit hear for awhile
And go on as it is
