My Lessons

I know I am still young But I have found out lessons How to live How to die How not to let The world fly Those who wish for adulthood Will regret it in the end While those who persue innocence Happiness, their life'll send Tuesdays with Mary "To live you must die" How is it those we deem incapable Understand more than you or I? Even with so much pain The famine The suffering The death I can't help but see beauty The love The hope My God A beautiful faith? A looking-deep eye? So down to earth Yet dreaming of flight You flatter me,yes You really do But What will become of that When I'm grown up too?
