My Last Visit Grief
The day I got the call, I argued it could not be you. I ran to fill my suitcase, then off to the airport. I prayed and prayed, please keep you alive until I can see you just one more time. God heard my prayers, I was able to see you lying there almost dead. One A.M. the call came in, you were gone never to be seen again. The next year was hell, I could not sleep for thinking of you.
